Terms and Conditions
These terms govern use of the RK Tech website and the project enquiry process. They do not replace a signed proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, or other project contract.
Company details
Using this website
You may use this website for lawful information, enquiry, and evaluation purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, scrape at unreasonable volume, upload malicious content, or use the site in a way that infringes the rights of others.
Project enquiries and proposals
The project request terminal helps us understand your requirements. It is not an order form or checkout. We may reply with questions, a recommendation, a proposal, or a statement that we cannot help. Any scope, timetable, price, deliverables, intellectual property position, support obligation, or data processing obligation must be agreed in a written proposal, statement of work, or contract.
Consumers and cancellation rights
The site is mainly for business and professional services enquiries, but individuals may contact us. If you are a consumer and a distance or off-premises service contract is formed with RK TECH LTD, you may have a 14-day cancellation right unless an exception applies.
If you ask us to start services during the cancellation period, you may need to pay a reasonable amount for work performed before cancellation. If a service is fully performed during the cancellation period with your prior express request and acknowledgement, you may lose the right to cancel once performance is complete.
Model cancellation wording: “I/We hereby give notice that I/we cancel my/our contract for the supply of the following service: [service], ordered on [date], name [name], address [address], signature if on paper, date.” Send cancellation notices to connect@rktechs.io.
Prices, payment, and deposits
Prices are not fixed by this website unless expressly stated in a written proposal. Any fees, payment schedule, taxes, deposits, cancellation charges, and expenses must be set out in the relevant project contract. Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer protections where they apply.
Intellectual property
The website, branding, design, text, graphics, code, and other materials are owned by RK TECH LTD or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, adapt, or reuse website materials except as allowed by law or with our written permission. Project intellectual property will be handled under the relevant written project agreement.
Your submissions
You are responsible for the information you submit and must have the right to share it with us. Please do not send confidential, sensitive, regulated, or production personal data through the public enquiry form unless we have agreed a secure process. We will treat enquiry content as confidential business information, but no project obligation starts until written terms are agreed.
Availability and links
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content will always be complete, current, or error-free. External links are provided for convenience and are controlled by third parties.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. For business users, RK TECH LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use. For consumers, these terms do not affect mandatory statutory rights.
Privacy and cookies
Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar storage are handled under our Cookie Policy.
Governing law and disputes
These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except that consumers retain any mandatory rights to bring claims in their country of residence where applicable.
We are not committed to using a consumer alternative dispute resolution provider unless required by law or agreed in a project contract.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to website use from the stated update date.
